Experience Seong-Jin Cho’s "jaw-dropping panache" (Wall Street Journal) in Beethoven’s Second Piano Concerto and Bruckner’s pivotal faith in his luminous Seventh Symphony.

Nineteenth-century Austrian composer Anton Bruckner’s faith was pivotal, the anchor of a life too often filled with disappointment, and the mystical nature of that communion shines through in his luminous Seventh Symphony. Philadelphia Orchestra Music and Artistic Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin has won international acclaim for his interpretations of Bruckner’s works, making this a not-to-be-missed musical occasion.

The first course of this musical feast is a charmer, Beethoven’s light-hearted Second Piano Concerto, performed by the critically acclaimed young pianist Seong-Jin Cho.

Supported by The James and Agnes Kim Foundation, in partnership with the James Joo-Jin Kim Center for Korean Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
