Uncovering History at Philly’s Historic Belmont Mansion and Underground Railroad Museum

In Fairmount Park, Philadelphia's Historic Belmont Mansion became the city’s Underground Railroad Museum. Important political figures like George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison all passed through the mansion over the years.
