Healing a Nation Through Music

As the nation reeled in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, The Philadelphia Orchestra was able to provide solace through music with a benefit concert at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts and a national tour two weeks later. Former President Joe Kluger, former Vice President for Communications Judith Kurnick, and violinist Davyd Booth reflect on the experience and the profound power of music to heal and bring communities together.
