Creating Community for LGBTQ+ Youth | The Attic Youth Center

The Attic Youth Center creates opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth to develop into healthy, independent, civic-minded adults within a safe and supportive community and promotes the acceptance of LGBTQ+ youth in society.

The Attic is Philadelphia’s only LGBTQ+ youth center and is one of the largest community centers in the U.S. that is committed exclusively to serving LGBTQ+ youth and allies. Through a variety of programs and events including community engagement and social activities, life skills development, group therapy and mental health counseling, internship opportunities, and more, The Attic Youth Center creates a welcoming environment for youth to come as they are and learn that it’s “OK 2 B U.”
