Join The Philadelphia Orchestra for our annual Martin Luther King, Jr., Tribute Concert, a tradition that’s been bringing people together since 1991. This powerful event blends the traditions of Black culture with beautiful music, from “Lift Every Voice and Sing” to works by Florence Price and William Grant Still. It’s an afternoon of music and inspiration, honoring Dr. King’s vision of equality, unity, and hope, and his belief in the power of music to effect change.
