Nov. 6, Chengdu: A string quartet traveled to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding for the first residency activity of the day, a pop-up concert in the Chengdu Giant Panda Museum. Violinist Willa Finck, Associate Concertmaster Christine Lim, violist Che-Hung Chen, and Assistant Principal Cello Yumi Kendall open the concert with an arrangement of selections from the "Butterfly Lovers" violin concerto by Gang Chen and He Zhanhao.
