Nov. 10, Haikou: The concert location shows the distinctive architecture of the building. Designed by MAD Architects and completed in 2021, the Cloudscape of Haikou is the first of 16 coastal pavilions commissioned by the Haikou Tourism and Culture Investment Holding Group to rejuvenate the historic port city.
